Scout Systems
Business software that we host and support. You subscribe; we run it. For businesses and public sector bodies.
What it includes

- Sold singly, bundled or as the full suite
- Delivered as a finished product on subscription, with support included
Scout Ledger is ready to see now. The other seven are planned and have no scope yet.

Product line 02
Infrastructure services
We test how secure your systems are, and we set up, move and host your cloud systems. For businesses and public sector bodies.
What it includes
- Cybersecurity: assessment, penetration testing and hardening
- Cloud: setup and migration, managed hosting, backups and recovery
- Sold as a project, a retainer or hourly work, under contract
No security test starts without your signed written authorisation. Testing a system without permission can be a crime under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Product line 03
Bespoke software
Software built to order, owned by you once you have paid in full. For businesses, public sector bodies and individuals.
What it includes
- Applications, websites, integrations, automations and data platforms
- A signed master agreement, plus a statement of work for each project
- Each statement of work sets scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, price and a time or budget ceiling
You own the code once every sum due is paid in full. Until then Scout Agency owns it. Scout Agency keeps its own platform and pre-existing components, which you use under licence.

Individual
Something built for you, for a personal project or your own use, at a clear price you agree first.
Bespoke software is the one product line open to individuals. The process is the same as for a company: a call, a written scope and price, then the build, under a signed contract. We keep the scope small enough to price up front and explain each step without jargon. Hosted products and infrastructure services are for businesses and public sector bodies.
